Your Partner in Practical Growth

We turn complex personal and organizational challenges into clear, doable action plans.

For more than a decade, our small-but-mighty team has helped owners, managers, and nonprofit leaders streamline operations, uncover growth opportunities, and build confident strategies they can actually use day to day. We listen first, translate data into plain language, and stick around until every piece feels right—because progress should feel personal, not painful.

Arielle Benson, Honey Bloom’s Founder, has been honing her data storytelling and grant management skills over the last 10 years in the homeless services sector. Previously she spent 14 years in restaurant management, helping create lasting impact across her community.

While working for Public Health in Washington State, Arielle was able to help spearhead and lead a number of influential projects. These included the launch of both the Built for Zero and Anchor Community Initiatives across Thurston County, reaching the milepost of Quality Data shortly before relocating to Tennessee.

Arielle holds her Bachelors in Criminal Justice, and her Masters in Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship.

With a passion for design, and helping to make public data more approachable and accessible Arielle has become a valued systems consultant. She presented at the National Human Services Data Consortium on the topic, helping teams from across the country find pathways to create better understanding within their data systems.

Arielle has completed over 300 hours of training in coaching, specifically within the context of organizational and program development and community alignment. Do you have a passion about making something happen in your community? Have you founded a non-profit, and figuring out what to do next, and how to leverage it into real impact? I’d love to help.
